This privacy policy governs your use of the software application for mobile devices(the "Games") that was created by PICABU. By visiting or using PICABU products, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the PICABU Products after changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
For every device a Game is installed on we collect the following Information:
-Unique Device Identifier(a unique number that lets us tell the devices apart)
-IP Address(the internet address the Game uses to connect to the Internet)
-MAC address(an unique hardware address the device uses to connect to the Internet)
-Device type(e.g. iPad 2, Galaxy S3, etc.)
-OS version(type of operating system and the version thereof)
-Game version(specific Game(s) and the versions thereof)
-Length of play session.
We do not collect any other personally identifying information such as e-mail address or user name.
We collect this Information to improve performance and reliability of our Games and to get a better understanding of what users in general prefer.
-To provide you with personalized content.
-To process and respond to inquiries.
-For the purposes for which you provided the information.
-To improve the content, interactivity, usability, and navigability of the PICABU Products.
-To enforce the Terms of Use and/or the Code of Conduct, if applicable.
In no event, whether explicitly/implicitly consented thereto or otherwise, PICABU shall not use your information for any other purpose than those explicitly listed above.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Picabu do not disclose your personally identifiable information to another entity for any reason, except (i) for purposes of outsourcing one or more of the functions described in the previous section; (ii) to confirm or update information provided by you; (iii) to inform you of important information; and/or (iv) as a part of a sale of assets, merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution to any successor or purchaser. We may also share your information in response to a subpoena, legal order or official request, when we are legitimately required by legal authority in any place we do business.
Collect Analytics
We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so.
We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.
Picabu do not collect any other information
When you download and use our mobile applications, or surf our Websites, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any personal information, except general information like unique device identifiers, or cookies (as specified above) to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can remove the information.
Children
Picabu does not seek to collect any personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13 without your explicit consent. The only personally identifiable information required to sign up for any Picabu Products or service, where applicable, is the parent’s/teacher’s email address. Parental/Teacher’s consent is revocable anytime at your sole discretion, and in such case we shall immediately and permanently delete and remove any personally identifiable information of your child/student collected in accordance with such consent.
